The flight control office receives orders for in-flight meals from each airline and communicates the information to the relevant departments.　In-flight meals, beverages and service items are transported by food trucks and quickly loaded to the aircraft.　Our staff will provide briefing with the crew to ensure accurate and complete work.　The series of tasks takes 40 minutes.　This fast and accurate operations support daily flights.

We have all possible security measures in order not to easily enter the facility from the outside.　When hiring new employees, we provide training on "aviation security" and re-training is conducted for all employees once a year.　We also comply with the safety standards of each airline and deliver "reassurance" to passengers aboard each flight.
